Scavland Map Directory: Every Known Location and Trader
Scavland's world directory — Rhos and its four starting traders, the northwest burned city, the southeast church and swamp, and who sells what, region by region.
FAQ
How many traders are in Scavland?
Where is Grigory the trader?
Do loot containers respawn in Scavland?
How is the Zalesye map organized?
Zalesye is a handcrafted world — no procedural overworld — roughly three times the size of the demo per official announcements, organized around the starting settlement of Rhos. The regional picture below comes from a community guide maintained since launch (Russian-language, updated September 8, 2026, patch 0.5.169), cross-checked where possible against official facts: every community finding on this page is labeled community-tested, and the fourteen officially named traders are marked. Location names outside Rhos are community labels for now — official material has not published a gazetteer.
Rhos and its four traders
The starting city — matching Rhos, the settlement the official launch announcement names — hosts four vendors per the community guide:
- Grigory (officially confirmed) — the weaponsmith; rank 2 unlocks rifle ammunition and the AKS-74u-class rifle (see the Mikhail 74 U page)
- A resource vendor the guide calls “Bomzh” — crafting materials
- A butcher (“Myasnik”) — food and hollow-point ammo at rank 2
- A seamstress-armorer — the basic armor repair schematic, community-reported as “Vulture-class”
The weapon-mod workbench sits in the tent just left of Grigory, per the Japanese guide — where the pistol-slot builds get trimmed to size.
The northwest burned city and the siloviki
Northwest of Rhos, the community guide maps a burned city and a security-forces (“siloviki”) settlement:
- Gavron — crafting resources, in the burned city
- A female diplomat who offers a quest to restore relations after you kill friendly NPCs
- An unnamed weaponsmith selling armor-piercing ammo, the advanced weapon-repair schematic, and ready-made basic repair kits
- The siloviki settlement trader — good buy prices, but refuses clothes and monster parts, and levels slowly
Several large bandit and Gunner bases sit nearby, making the region both the weapon-gear stop and the danger zone.
The southeast church and the swamp
Southeast, a church-area trader sells bolt-action rifles with no reputation requirement — the community’s budget sniper stop. The Japanese guide adds a trader at an “Acolyte” base a short walk from the swamp selling a sniper rifle for a little over 30,000 — one more community label awaiting an official name. The swamp itself is where official footage placed the large unnamed quadruped (see mutants and creatures).
The northeast medic
The northeast hosts the medic, selling advanced medical schematics — the community guide specifically recommends rank 2 here and the “blue medkit” schematic, calling it easy to craft. Whether this medic is the same person as the officially confirmed Alexei (who the Day One Patch says sells medical blueprints) is unresolved — same merchandise, unconfirmed identity.
The mechanics settlement
East of center lies the mechanics settlement with two officially confirmed names: Anatoly and Nadja (the community guide spells her “Nadya”). Community notes: Anatoly’s stock is unremarkable; Nadja sells crafting resources including materials for advanced weapon-repair kits — and she is the Fetch Jobs giver the Day One Patch made kinder.
Far east armor
Further east, the community guide places Efim, an armorer selling the medium armor-repair schematic (rank 3) and decent armor — with quests rated easy to level despite the high reputation tier.

| Northwest | Gavron | Crafting resources | Community |
| Northwest | Unnamed weaponsmith | AP ammo, advanced repair schematic, kits | Community |

| Southeast | Church trader | Bolt-action rifles, no rank gate | Community |
| Southeast | Swamp-area trader | Sniper rifle (~30,000) | Community |
| Northeast | The medic | Advanced medical schematics | Community (≈ Alexei?) |
| Mechanics settlement | Anatoly, Nadja | Resources, repair-kit materials, Fetch Jobs | Official names |
| Far east | Efim | Medium armor schematic (rank 3), armor | Community (0.6.0 spells a trader “Yefim”) |
Update 0.6.0’s trading notes put five more names in the official record — Zhivan, Vesna, Volodymyr, Bogdan, and Yefim — without saying where any of them live. The community “Efim” and the official “Yefim” share a role (armor, far east) and near-identical spelling, but no official source connects the two outright; the full buy/sell rates the patch published are broken down in the traders guide. Update 0.7.0 later added an eleventh name — Ilya, who now sells Water — again without a published location. Update 0.8.0 (October 17) then named three more — Snezhana, Yelena, and Sasha — again without published locations. The same 0.6.0 patch also gave the map’s loot rhythm its first official numbers: world containers now hold less loot and respawn every 1 real-world hour, and bunkers reset 3 hours after you leave them — see the bunkers guide for the underground side.
How was this directory built?
Officially confirmed: Rhos as the starting settlement, the fourteen named traders, the handcrafted ~3× world, and the systems (rank gates, reputation) documented in the traders guide and factions directory. Everything else is community-tested cartography as of patch 0.5.169 — a real in-game map view has not appeared in official material, which is why this page is a text directory rather than an image map. When official map material lands, this page upgrades; until then, treat the southeast church run as community wisdom, not gospel. The hazards between regions — the Mist and the bunkers that now reset on an official 3-hour timer — are covered in their own guides.
